By accessing or using AI Tools, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account and must keep credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old.
3. Submissions
You retain ownership of tool content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote it within the directory. You warrant you have the rights to submit it.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, malware, illegal content, or tools that violate third-party rights. We may reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion.
5. Pricing & refunds
Listing fees are described on the Pricing page. Payment is collected after approval. Refunds are handled per the policy stated there.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't endorse listed tools — do your own due diligence.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
